eBooks present a particular digital challenge. For the Bremen Nature Conservation Foundation, we designed and programmed the popular field guide “Which Tadpole is That?” by Friedo Berninghausen as multimedia support, just in time for the amphibian season. The guide could be downloaded free of charge from the iTunes store.

Devices that can display the iBook format thus become a detailed guide to identifying frogs, toads, newts, salamanders and other amphibians, with around 250 photos on 50 pages. However, only the original manual is waterproof, and it is already in its 11th edition in the NABU Natur Shop.
